Ugh, sleeves. They’re either too short or too long, too heavy or not present… If I’m being totally frank, I don’t know that I’ve ever been able to wear long sleeves without pushing them up. Shirts and sweaters? Shove ’em back. Jackets and coats? Hoist ’em up. All of this covered wrist phobia is great for showing off bracelets, but it’s not exactly great for warmth. The solution? Elbow patches. They’re cute on tweedy jackets on little old professors in movies, cute on cardigans, and cuter still when they’ve got an adorable shape. Wearing your heart on your sleeve? It’s always in style.
