3 Girls, 1 Holiday: Red, White and Cute

Happy Birthday to the U.S. of A.! No matter your feelings towards America right now (we here at FBC think it’s pretty great already…), 4th of July is a day to celebrate freedom, liberty, and sparkle-filled explosions and we are enjoying every second of it!

On that note, for those that wish to keep in theme with the day’s festivities without necessarily wearing their heart (or flag) on their sleeve, we have put together 3 looks that don’t so much scream MURICA as much as subtly wink to our land of the well-dressed and home of the fashion forward.

Jess is okay with leaving the red & blue behind for a more monochromatic and super stylish look. While we cannot in good faith recommend wearing this to a BBQ, we think there are few looks cuter or more summer-friendly than the all white ensemble. Plus, no matter what color the fireworks, you will always coordinate perfectly!

Considering Jeanne sports the blue & white combo on almost a daily basis, she was definitely up to the challenge of a putting together an outfit that shows off her patriotic side. A bit of white eyelet, a hint of chambray and a swipe of ruby red lipstick and she is looking as American as Apple Pie!

Leave it to Emily to try and outshine America on its birthday, but we have to say, she kind of nails it! The blue and white cropped top combined with the va va voom of that flared red midi skirt proves that when you look this good in stripes, you are your own star!

So no matter how you’re celebrating the 4th this year, make sure you look good doing it. We’re pretty sure the founding fathers (and more importantly, mothers) would approve!
