Color Me Excited

Jeanne8As the fall fashions for this season continue to roll in, I find myself totally inspired by the amazing color combinations that are happening.  From mustard with camel to fuchsia with crimson, colors that I would have never thought to pair together are totally meshing in a very cool way. As I oohed and ahhed over the looks I kept seeing on my favorite fashionable ladies, I figured why not take the leap and put together my own ensemble using my personal favorite color combo of the season, olive and wine! (Not to be confused with “I love wine”, which is also a very accurate statement.) Not gonna lie, it was actually a lot easier than I expected it to be; I just grabbed a few staples from my closet, said a little prayer to the fashion gods and voila, here I am!

Jeanne16When I saw these amazing booties last week, I just knew they were the perfect pair to help tie together all of my new favorite fall colors and styles.  They are unique enough to make a statement, and yet somehow match every item already in my closet.  And for my St. Louis ladies, here is the real kicker (get it?); I found these Sole Society wedged booties at Shoe Stop.  Now if you live in the area and don’t know Shoe Stop, you are seriously missing out.  Shoe Stop has 3 stores in St. Louis (Chesterfield, Des Peres and the soon to be closing Brentwood), and they have the most amazing selection of shoes for some of the best prices in the city. And if you have trouble finding shoes in your size, have no fear, they have sizes 4-13 in narrow and wide.  Next time you are hunting for that perfect pair, definitely stop by Shoe Stop.  And for our non-St. Louis ladies who are feeling left out, I have great news for you too; Shoe Stop has put together an online store and is selling many of their items on Amazon!  So cancel the movers and stop searching for your new STL home because you too have access to these amazing shoes at unbeatable prices!
